布吉:Angsana Laguna Phuket Baan Talay - 泰式晚餐

2015布吉在Angsana Laguna Phuket,度假村當然有供應泰菜的餐廳,就是住於沙灘旁的Baan Talay。



侍應先送上麵包,麵包新鮮焗起,入口暖暖的,包內還有些蟹肉,塗上沙嗲醬吃更惹味。Thai Coconut Soup with Lemongrass,Straw Mushrooms,Kaffir Lime & Chicken,椰汁雞湯,THB295,吃麵包最好跟上一客熱湯,喝過冬蔭功,就試泰式椰子湯。湯的材料很多,有超過半碗,蘑菇、雞肉等等,淡淡的椰香,都很好喝。
BBQ Beef Sirloin Salad with Crunchy Vegetables in Thai Spicy Sauce,烤牛肉里肉沙拉配蔬菜及泰式香辣醬,THB345,Deep Fried Shrimp Cakes with Plum Sauce,炸蝦餅配梅子醬,THB385,然後是泰式沙律及泰式小吃,牛肉燒得還未全熟,入口挺嫩,蝦餅炸得金黃香脆,彈牙鮮味,很愛吃。
Curry Tiger Prawns with Egg,Onion,Celery,Tomato,Capsicum & Spring Onion,咖哩老虎蝦,White Shrimp in Red Curry with Eggplant & Palm Heart,紅咖哩咖配茄子及荔枝,THB440,接著兩款咖哩,先有咖哩炒老虎蝦,咖哩味甜甜的,味很香,蝦又大又爽,肉入味,連同雞蛋、蔥等跟飯吃最好。另外的紅咖哩不會很辣,也真的好下飯。
Crispy Chicken Wok Tossed with Roasted Chili Paste & Cashew Nuts,香酥雞炒辣椒醬及腰果,THB385,吃了很多海鮮,也來一份雞肉,雞炸得脆脆的,再用泰式辣醬炒香,也挺有辣勁。
Wok Fried Rice Seafood Scented with Tom Yam Flavours,冬蔭海鮮炒飯,THB375,最後就是炒飯,加入蝦、魷魚等去炒,冬蔭味道突出,我們都很喜歡吃,很快就吃清。

甜品點了兩款,Scrum Water Chestnut in Coconut Syrup & Coconut Ice Cream,菱角椰子糖漿及椰子雪糕,THB295,Saco Tapioca Rout with Sweet Corn,Young Coconut in Coconut Syrup & Soybean Paste,泰式黃豆醬椰汁西米靈配甜玉米,THB295,兩款甜品都充滿椰子味,喜歡椰子雪糕,感覺很清甜。
