香港:Jamie's Italian - 新菜式

意大利餐廳Jamie’s Italian早前推出了新的下午茶套餐,最近也推出了不少新菜式,這天跟從澳門來的好友來銅鑼灣店吃早午餐,慢慢地享受意式滋味。





Artisan Italian Breads,Homemade Rosemary Focaccia,Music Bread,Ciabatta & Grissini with Olive Oil & Balsamic,HK$48,自家製的麵包,新鮮焗起,特別喜歡吃意式麵包,暖暖的又鬆軟好吃。Citronade,HK$55,酸酸的青檸、橙、檸檬汁及薑汽水調製成的飲品,令人開胃。



Portobello Mushroom Fritti,Crispy Breadcrumbed Portobello Mushrooms & Garlic Mayo,HK$78,上次吃過炸菇,很喜歡,再點來吃,香脆不油膩,沾上蒜味辣蛋黃醬都好吃。Crispy Squid with Garlic Mayo,Lemon & Chilli,HK$138,我們都喜愛吃炸物,小吃也來吃點炸魷魚,炸漿不厚,吃得開懷。Crab & Avocado Bruchetta,Dressed with Finely Sliced Fennel,Smashed Avocado & Yogurt,HK$78,這款就小吃,於脆包上,把牛油果加入蟹肉內,還有乳酪醬汁,吃起來更清新。



Chargrilled Pork Chop,served with Italian Parsley Sauce,Apple,Kohlrabi Salad & Crunchy Crackling,HK$220,10oz Bone-In-Rib-Eye,served with Grilled Portobello Mushrooms,Balsamic Onions & Triple-cooked Chips,HK$348,兩款肉類主菜,一牛一豬,牛肉烤得約半熟,個人更喜歡吃厚身的豬扒,肉不會韌,腍又帶點咬口,加上香脆的豬皮,多添脂香,更令口感豐富。


Fritto Misto,Mixed Seasonal Flash-Fried Sustainable Fish & Shellfish,served with Chunky Italian Tartare Sauce & Wedges of Lemon,HK$198,Wild Truffle Risotto,Finely Minced Black Winter Truffle with Butter & Parmesan,HK$188,海鮮選了時令炸魚、青口及魷魚,再來一客松露意大利飯,飯粒濕潤不會腍爛,又帶陣陣菌香。


最後甜品,Epic Brownie,Warm Fudgy Brownie with Salted Caramel Gelato & Caramelized Amaretti Popcorn,HK$88,Lemon Meringue Cheesecake,Velvety Mascarpone & Lemon Cheesecake topped with Italian Meringue,served with Lemon Curd & Mixed Berry Compote,HK$88,朱古力布朗尼蛋糕質感挺實帶濕潤,朱古力味道十分濃郁,加上個人很愛吃的焦糖雪糕,還淋上濃稠的朱古力漿,真是每次來都必吃的甜品。芝士蛋糕口感挺軟滑,芝香中見檸檬酸甜,也都好吃
