香港:天外天 Above & Beyond - 新春午聚

踏入雞年數天,又回到上班天,午餐來到Hotel ICON中餐廳天外天,與朋友新春午聚。




迎歲金箔鮑魚撻,Baked Abalone Tart with Golden Leaf,天裼口福鮮蝦餃,Steamed Shrimps & Bamboo Shoots Dumplings,HK$60,迎新歲鮮蝦腐皮卷,Crispy Bean Curd Sheet Rolls with Shrimp,HK$50,賀歲鴛鴦臘腸卷,Steamed Chinese Preserved Sausage Buns,HK$52,香煎瑤柱金腿蘿蔔糕,Pan Fried Turnip Pudding with Conpoy and Yunnan Ham,HK$52,先來數款點心,鮑魚撻加上金箔,更添節日喜慶感覺。腐皮卷十分香脆,餃口每口都是蝦鮮。還有很久沒有吃的懷舊臘腸卷,加上新年必吃的蘿蔔糕,足料蘿蔔絲,煎得微脆,吃過一定步步高升。





蜜汁叉燒,Honey-Glazed Barbecued Pork,HK$168,叉燒轉了用木板奉上,跟上濃糖汁,吃時可加點蜜汁增加蜜味,肉腍帶肥,口感豐富味又吸引。杏汁花膠燉白肺湯,Double-Boiled Pork Lunch Soup with Fish Maw & Almond Cream,HK$198,很喜歡喝湯,冬天就更需要湯水滋潤,來一碗香濃的杏汁白肺湯,白肺難處理,家裡實在不會煲,還加入花膠一起燉,滋養又養顏。


炸子雞,Crispy Chicken,HK$278,櫻花蝦帶子蟹肉炒飯,Fried Rice with Dried Scallop,Crab Meat & Sakura Shrimp,HK$238,然後點了半隻炸子雞及炒飯,雞皮脆,肉夠嫩,鹹香恰好,肉皮間的脂肪更添油香。炒飯炒得金黃,粒粒分明,不油膩,香口好吃,吃過炒飯都很飽,滿足的午餐。
