2018九龍香格里拉大酒店 - Instagram Takeover @kowloonshangrila

上月 @chocolatemuimui Instagram接管 @kowloonshangrila ,在5月28至30於酒店官方Instagram跟大家分享我在九龍香格里拉大酒店的住宿及旅遊體驗。這是我第8次的#muimuiTakeover ,入住舒適的海景房間,早上或晚上同樣可欣賞美麗的維港景色。餐飲方面,來到米芝蓮二星的香宮中餐廳,品嚐最愛的點心午餐。除此之外,著名的Nadaman日本餐廳,平日來大多是吃Omakase,這次就轉到鐵板燒的房間,一邊欣賞師傅烹調食物,一邊享用鐵板燒晚餐。還有甜品廚特別製作的朱古力蛋糕,精選又漂亮,十分有心思。

Good Morning! Wake up with a breathtaking view! Located at a footstep from Victoria Harbour, you can gaze the panoramic harbour view through the floor-to-ceiling bay windows at the Deluxe Harbour View room.

Dining at Michelin two-starred Shang Palace, delivering renowned Traditional Cantonese cuisine with artistic and modern touch on presentation, Executive Chef Daniel Cheung prepared some dim sum and his signature dishes today. I particularly love the cute steamed diced scallop dumpling in goldfish shape and stir-fried well-marbled Wagyu beef with kale and wild mushrooms.

A great Teppanyaki dinner at Nadaman, combining premium ingredients with highly-skilled maestros. Both shrimps and wagyu beef are grilled to perfection!
